Ted "Caleb" Waldbeusser

Ted “Caleb” Waldbuesser, age 23 of Conway Arkansas, formerly of Jasper Missouri passed away at 3:00a.m. August 13,2010 at Conway Regional Hospital in Conway Arkansas. Caleb was born August 18, 1986 in Carthage, Mo.. Caleb was raised in the Nashville and Jasper area and had been in Arkansas the past year due to employment. Caleb graduated with honors from Jasper high School in 2005. Caleb then attended the University of Missouri at Rolla from fall 2005 through December 2009 graduating with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Caleb was an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity . Caleb held several positions in the fraternity including Fund Raising Chair which raised money primarily for the Red Cross and breast cancer awareness /research and the Continuing Education Chair which arranged for guest speakers to come in and give talks on etiquette and related topics to increase chances of obtaining a job. While attending school, Caleb was active in volunteering for community projects especially Habitat for Humanity. Caleb especially enjoyed a trip to Springfield MO to help clean up branches and debris for the weekend with his frat brothers after one of our major ice storms. Caleb interned two summers with Southwestern Energy Company. They hired him for a full-time position immediately after he graduated. Caleb was an operations engineer working with injecting high pressure water into fresh oil wells to fracture the rock in order to initiate oil flow in a process known as fracking. Recently, Caleb was active in initiating a chapter of CrossFit Training in Conway AR. This physical training concept involves a combination of weightlifting, running, and gymnastics in order to provide a more complete fitness methodology. Caleb was a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Central Arkansas and served in the office of Social Leader. Caleb was very active in giving back to the community and set a very high standard for the age of 23. Caleb is survived by his parents Ted and Cheryl Waldbuesser of Jasper. Three sisters,Christine Hill(Jason)Lamar MO.,Cassandra Waldbuesser Little Rock AR.,Caroline Waldbuesser ,Springfield MO..One Niece Scottymae Hill Lamar MO.. And is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Caleb was preceeded in death by his Maternal Grandparents Robert and Ellen Sheldon and his Paternal Grandparents William and Ella Waldbuesser an Aunt Helen Waldbuesser also preceeded in death. Services will be held at 10:00a.m. Thursday August 19, 2010 at Fairview Christian Church Carthage Mo.. Visitation will be held Wednesday Evening prior at the Church from 6:00p.m. till 8:00p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ulmer Funeral Home Carthage Mo..
