Crystal Kayleen Combs

Crystal Kayleen Combs, 45, of Carthage, Missouri passed away at her home on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Crystal was born in Claremore, Oklahoma to Joe Evans and Brenda “Patrick” Evans on February 12, 1976. Crystal was a long time Carthage resident. She was a homemaker and she loved to spend time with her family and her loving grandchildren who called her “Puddin-Tane.” Crystal is survived by three sons Elijah Gilbird (Anna) of Carthage; David Combs of Carthage, Ethan Combs of Carthage; one daughter Khloe Combs of Carthage; three grandchildren Alexis Hershey, Remington Gilbird, and River Gilbird; her parents Joe and Brenda Evans; one sister Latisha Robertson (Timothy) of Arma, Kansas; and her Grandpa Gene Patrick of Carthage. She is preceded in death by her son Lane Evan Combs. A funeral service is scheduled for Crystal at the Three Points Full Gospel Church in Carthage on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 10:00 am. A visitation will be held the evening before at the Ulmer Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, January 31, 2022, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. The burial will be at Fasken Cemetery in Carthage following the service. Contributions may be made to Three Points Full Gospel Church in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.
